Reservation time includes setup and take down. Renters are responsible for setup and clean-up of event.
Reservation/damage deposit of $250 is required and is refunded barring any damages or clean-up to the facility.
Deposit and half of the rental is to be paid upon reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to rental. Full payment of rental and deposit is required for rentals that are booked after the 30 days.
Alcohol – A security officer is required for rentals serving alcohol with 50 or more people in attendance. Officers are $50 an hour with a two-hour minimum.
A small catering kitchen may be available and is a first-reserved basis.
Events must end at 10:00 pm, music ends at 9:45 pm and vendors must leave no later than 11 pm.
