The city secretary is an officer of the City of Weatherford. The position of city secretary is a statutory position required by State law and the City Charter. In addition to statutory duties, the city secretary serves as the liaison between the City’s administration and the elected officials. Boards and Commissions, including the issuance of Oaths of Office
Preparation of Agendas and Minutes
Enrolls Laws, Resolutions and Ordinances
