Officer J. Gutierrez is the officer assigned to the Municipal Court. His duties are to act as court Bailiff and to arrest any persons with outstanding Class C warrants issued out of the Municipal Court. ***NEW*** Open Warrant Docket The City of Weatherford Municipal Judge has created a new Warrant Docket so anyone with a Weatherford Class C misdemeanor warrant will have the opportunity to see the Judge with no fear of being arrested or having the expense and hardship of posting bond. The Judge will require a $100 payment per warrant to lift the warrant, give an extension to pay the remaining balance, and will work with people having multiple warrants to take care of the warrants. The first Warrant Court will be held on the last Friday of each month beginning on August 28, 2015 at Noon. We decideded to do a noon docket time as to accommodate anyone with a job to keep defendants from having to take off work to come into Court. A Spanish speaking Clerk will be in the Courtroom.
