Juneteenth Celebration 2018

The Parker County/Weatherford, TX NAACP Branch 6321 will be holding its 3rd Annual Juneteenth Celebration on June 16, 2018. This year’s event will be co-hosted by the Weatherford Public Library, and will be held on the library grounds at 1014 Charles Street. It is celebrated especially in former slave states, and is officially recognized as a holiday in 45 states.

The Juneteenth Celebration will take place from 10am to 4pm. The celebration includes lunch, games (dominoes, spades) and performers scheduled throughout this day.
