The Cherry Park Community Building and Harberger Hill Community Building are available to the public to rent for family reunions, birthday parties, showers, etc. All city facilities are alcohol and tobacco free. An overview of policy is provided below or the entire policy may be downloaded.

Cherry Park Community Building is a barracks-style building (long and lean) and is rented as one unit. There are restrooms and a kitchen inside available for use. Although health guidelines prevent renters from cooking, the kitchen may be used to warm-up pre-made food or catered food.
Harberger Hill Community Building may be rented as the whole building to accommodate small to large gatherings. Any rental wishing to have any type of music or other amplified sound must notify the Parks & Recreation Department when reserving the building. Restrooms and a kitchen are available for use with the rental of the building. Although health guidelines prevent renters from cooking, the kitchen may be used to warm-up pre-made food or catered food.
Book your next business meeting at the newly renovated Mount Pleasant School. It is a two-room facility, each room can seat up to 50 people. Due to historic preservation, decorations are prohibited. There is no kitchen available in this facility. Rented for meetings only.
$20/hour rental (8am-8pm)
Reservations must include set-up and clean-up time. Renters are responsible for cleaning after themselves.
Renters must pay the lesser of the total rental fee or $50 to hold their date. The $50 reservation fee will be applied to the total rental rate. If security is required, the total security fee must be paid upfront as part of the reservation process.
Saturday/Sunday reservations are accepted up to one (1) year in advance. Weekday reservations are accepted up to six (6) months in advance.
Rentals by the day are limited to 8am-8pm time period. Any “day” rentals wishing to extend past 8pm will pay the hourly rental fee until the end of the rental.
Weekday rentals must end no later than 10pm, including clean-up times.
Weekend rentals (F/S/S) must end no later than midnight, including clean-up times.
Non-profit groups may use either of the buildings at a reduced rate of $5/hour (no day rate).
Saturday/Sunday reservations are accepted up to one (1) month in advance
Weekday reservations are accepted up to three (3) months in advance.
Non-profit groups are limited to no more than two (2) reservations per month, regardless of building.
